Taco Bell in Indiana

"Sorry for the long review but this is very much needed I was on my way to work my midnight shift and decided to stop for some food tonight 05/01/22. It was a little after 9:40pm. This was my first time visiting this location. I was amazed! My order taker was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and energetic. I proceeded to the window to pay after verifying my order and the amazement continued. There were two other ladies alongside my order taker, and they were so nice and full of smiles. They even did a little awesome performance for me to start my night on a fantastic note. I told them that they were awesome and how I loved their personalities. I had to come back within less than 3 minutes after accidentally spilling my drink and they were extremely helpful and caring by providing me with napkins and a refill. We for sure need more people like them within customer service. This was by far the best customer service I have received. Keep it up ladies! Never stop being the amazing ladies you are! Thank you so much."

"This is my favorite Taco Bell. As an avid fan, been to so many. I'd drive extra miles for it. They always get my order perfect and its always loaded with toppings. Another thing always fresh and never stale, they are great with that. Always friendly and efficient. For all the complaints, as much as I go like every freaking week I've never had an issue. My food is always loaded up and hot as hell."

"I’ve been to the Winfield Taco Bell before, and always have had great service. Today, I was pulling up to the window and the customer in the car ahead of me was being so nasty to the employee at the window that I could hear it through the closed window of my car. I rolled the window down to hear the woman yelling profanities at the young woman working. She asked for the manager, and instead of allowing them to remake the food (even though I’d bet money they didn’t mess it up in the first place - I’ve never gotten an order made wrong at this location), she took the bag and continued cussing out the employee and manager. The employees were doing the best they could to deal with this woman, who was being absolutely obscene. I’ll be honest, I honked to get her to stop yelling and out of the drive thru. Either she needed to go inside or call corporate if the issue was so serious. When I got to the window, the employees were clearly shocked, but had handled the situation with grace. Not only was my food already ready and bagged even though this had been going on, they greeted me with warm smiles. For someone who worked in food service, I understand how they must have been feeling. But 10/10 ladies, I will always come back here after getting quality food, service, and seeing you handle the nasty people out there with such class!!"

"The food was amazing I ordered 2 cheese quesadillas they were really good. The service was fast and great. One of the workers AJ was very respectful and kind. The restaurant was very clean and people were walking in a lot. Overall good place to eat 5 star review on all of the categories."
